Beach clean up day

At the beach clean up we were picking up rubbish that people have just chucked or left it at the beach. The beach clean up is important because we try to keep our beach clean and it will look ugly if we don’t keep it clean the water is going to get polluted and the water is going to be yuck.

    Hi Izaiah I really like how you explained what you did at the beach. It's sad that the beach in Paihia has rubbish because the beaches in Auckland have the same problem. Well done for picking up the rubbish.

    My name is Jorja and I go to Panmure Bridge School in Auckland. It is really good to see that you are picking up rubbish that is not your's and that your school really cares about the environment. I think that it is horrible that people throw there rubbish anywhere that they want.
