Tim Tipene

A famous author name Tim Tipene came to our school to tell us a bout his books and how he became an author. He read a story to us about a little girl name Hinemoa Te Toa. He also told us about when he was at school and how teachers changed his life for him to want to be a author. He also told us about the awards he got and how he got them. The books I know that he writes is Taming the Taniwha, Maui the Sun Catcher and Hinemoa te toa. I really enjoyed him telling us about how he became an author and when he was in school.
